All orders placed with MK Sportscars will be dispatched by a fully insured trackable courier. We will endeavor to dispatch your order on the day you placed it however it is likely that items in your order will need to be manufactured as per the lead times stated on the product. While the manufacture process is done in house and we will endeavour to have your items manufactured and dispatched to you within the dedicated lead time to your product,The lead times will be found on each individual product, FREE delivery is to orders to UK mainland only and orders over £50 (unless otherwise stated), All other areas will be chargable and this is detailed at point of checkout, if your country is not present please contact us for a quotation.

Shipping Outside of the UK

We can ship worldwide. We have shipping rates for European countries with our couriers and these are automatically calculated at checkout on the website. For countries outside of Europe (e.g. USA, Australlia, Canada, Norway, Japan, Jamacia, etc), shipping rates are calculated by parcel volume (height x width x length) rather than the weight of the parcel. Depending on what you order, we don't know the volumetric weight until your parcel is packed. You can order your products on line, we will then pack them and get a shipping quote. Once we have the shipping quote, we will send you to a link on the website to purchase the cost of the shipping. Once paid, we will send your order. If your country is not present please contact us for a quotation.

Brexit Update

From 1st January 2021, the UK will no longer be part of the EU, therefore there is no 20% sales tax applied to orders to EU countries (Note: Import duty may apply). If you log into your account, and select the appropriate shipping destination country, this will then automatically discount the price of the goods by 20% removing the sales tax if applicable.

MK Sportscars (we, us or our) offer a simple returns policy for all products purchased through our site (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below).Please follow the following guidelines in order to exercise your right to return product(s) back to us for a refund or exchange:

You are welcome to return any product (subject to limited exceptions as detailed below) for a refund or you can exchange it for a different product or products.To request a return of your goods, please email mail@mksportscars.com with details of why you wish to return your goods and we will be in touch to discuss this with you.In order to be able to exercise your right to a refund or exchange you must send the product back to us so that it is received by us, within 7 (Seven) days of you receiving the product from us pursuant to your original order.

A returned product must be complete, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging (which must be unopened) with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. The original packaging must be undamaged and unmarked. In short, we require the product to be in the same condition you received it in and in a condition that will allow us to sell it to another customer as new.

Returns are not accepted. Most of our products are made to order so you should receive what you pay for. In the unfortunate event of an error, we will endeavour to resolve the problem within two working days. If your item arrives damaged then we must be informed within three days of the delivery date. In the unlikely event we are informed after this time, we will endeavour to resolve the issue, though cannot guarantee replacement items. No returns will be excepted without us issuing you confirmation to return. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to £10 or 10% whichever is greater on returned goods. We cannot refund any special order items or products that have been cut from a roll, length or sheet; e.g. Hose, Trim etc. Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of Invoice data and as-new condition including original undamaged packaging, also include copy of the the original sales receipt/invoice and your original payment details.

Any delivery or other charges paid by you in connection with the product will not be refunded and the refund will be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the product being returned. Similarly, the value to be attributed to the product for the purposes of an exchange will be the purchase price actually paid for the product being returned and will not include any delivery or other charges paid by you in connection with the product.We do not accept the following which are excluded from this returns policy:

1) Products that are damaged (in any way) or used; or2) Products that are made to order, made to measure, custom made, bespoke or clearly personalised.

If you purchased the product as part of an offer (for example, 3 for the price of 2) then all products within the offer must be returned to us , and must comply with this returns policy, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note that if you return a product because it is faulty we will carry out such tests on the product as we deem necessary and, following such tests, if the product turns out not to be faulty we will return the product to you.

The return of the product is your sole responsibility and at your sole cost.

Please note the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit and is sent back to us using a trusted delivery method.

Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund or exchange is in our absolute and sole discretion.The returns policy only applies if you return the product, and we receive it, within 7 (Seven) days of the date you received the product from us pursuant to your original order.Please contact us to discuss your Return options.

We also ask that you let us know (in writing with your returned product) if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. If you do require an exchange please tell us the product name and other relevant information you would like to exchange which is available from our site.

Once your return parcel arrives back we will then dispatch the alternative product you have requested (at your cost) or issue a refund back to the card you originally paid with minus a restocking fee whichever is the greater of £10 or 10% of the returned goods value. Please note a refund can take upt o 30 (thirty) working days to show up in your account dependent on who you bank with.
