What is your return policy

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Returned product must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition.

Subscription orders as well as SMS orders are promotional offers and are not eligible for cancellation or return. All sales are final.

I want to return my order

Reply to your order confirmation email letting us know the reason for your return so we can provide further instructions. Bear Balanced does not cover the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns will incur a $15 recycle/return fee per bag subtracted from your total refund.

My package arrived damaged

Notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your package by replying to your order confirmation email. All damages are reviewed on a case by case basis. We cannot be responsible for packages left out in the sun because a covered delivery location was not available - make sure your package can be delivered to a location where the gummies will not melt, especially during warmer months.

My package was "returned to sender"

USPS will sometimes return a package due to an insufficient/incorrect address or inability to access the delivery location. Packages that are “returned to sender” will be automatically refunded, less a $7 restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You must place a new order to receive your product.

Update my order details

For updates to your order such as address correction, reply to your order confirmation email with your requested change.

Cancel my order

Order cancellations can be requested by replying to your order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order — after this window, a $7 cancellation fee will apply. If your order has already shipped regardless of this window, no changes can be made.

If you haven't received your order confirmation or tracking email in your inbox, check your spam/promotions folder.

My package is missing

We do not personally deliver packages so we aren't able to assist with package whereabouts on your property. You can refer to your order tracking for delivery details or contact your local USPS for assistance.
