Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: during high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to countries within the European Union, select European countries, Canada, and the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@smartizz.com .

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

• destination country

• selected shipping method

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Estonia via our logistics partners Omniva and DPD.

Estimated delivery times:

• Estonia: 1–3 business days

• EU Countries: 2–3 business days

• Extended Europe: 2–7 business days

• Canada: approximately 5 business days

• United States: approximately 10 business days

Total delivery time including order processing is typically 3–13 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

Express Shipping

For faster delivery worldwide, we offer express shipping via DHL. To arrange express shipping, please contact us at support@smartizz.com before placing your order.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other logistical circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

SMARTIZZ cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Return & Refund PolicyWe offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and IssuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, including used electronic devices, products with activated software or accounts, and items with damaged or missing original packaging. Returns will also not be accepted for products that show signs of installation, connection, or use.For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of damaged batteries, power cells, or devices that have been modified or used improperly.

ExchangesThe fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have and place a new order once the return has been processed.
