As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at COZONI. By placing an order or making a purchase at COZONI, you agree to the terms set forth below along with COZONI’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. 7 Days Return & Exchange Policy

The Return

Return requests can only be made within 7 days of the date you've received the item. To initiate this request, please contact us. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

There is a 20% restocking fee charged per returned item; this fee is deducted from your refund.

Only items in as-new condition can be returned. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, with no pieces missing, and with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of an item return, please send back the parcel within 30 days.

We are unable to accommodate returns/ exchanges / refunds for the following items:

Any item marked as 'Clearance' or specified as on 'Final Sale'

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect your products carefully for any damages. All quality-related issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your items. Cases submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted and will be subjected to shipping fees and tech fees in the event that your item needs to be replaced.

Additionally, rather than offering exchanges should you decide you would like to return a product, COZONI shall process all exchanges as normal returns per the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy. You may then choose to purchase a new item at your convenience.

Return shipment must be independently arranged, with associated costs covered by the customer.

The Refund

Refunds (less the 20% restocking fee and/or other applicable fees) will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our shipping warehouse, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and if the original method of payment is no longer available, we will be happy to issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund.

Policy Exceptions / non-returnable items

Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include below scenarios.

While all products have to go through a quality check before shipping, product damage might be occasionally caused due to delivery. COZONI wants to save you assembly headache therefore most of our products are ready to use straight out of the box. This unfortunately also increases risks for minor damage over the long shipping. For minor damages(damage diameter is smaller than 2cm) that doesn't affect functional use, COZONI won't cover return & exchange costs.

Certain products are considered to be fragile items, including but not limited to products made of marble, glass, manufactured wood, or crystal. While COZONI is packed with care, inevitably it adds extra risk for shipping these items. For products of such materials, it won't be considered to be product default in case of minor scratches that don't affect functional use(damage diameter is smaller than 2cm).

Due to the heterogeneous nature of furniture materials such as wood, rattan, and marble, every product will have its very own unique texture and color. Slight changes in color and lighter spots are to be expected, which is a part of the material experience and advertised as such, therefore won't be considered to be a product defect.

Although the shape and size of the product is precisely defined by digital design and robotic fabrication methods, the manual finishing and the general material behavior may result in slight geometric differences. The dimensions in the product description are therefore not guaranteed and can sometimes differ by an insignificant range, e.g. few millimeters.

For leather products, occasionally there are tiny spots or slight color unevenness caused during the dyeing process, which will not be regarded as product defects.

To save shipping costs to provide you best deal, certain products will be rolled, folded, or compressed for shipping and this might leave minor ink or marks on the surface. This issue won't be considered as product defect but we are happy to provide cleaning tips or cleanser.

Due to the wrapping and shipping process, occasionally there might be fungus or dirt on the product surface, which can be easily removed by a common cleanser. This issue won't be covered as 7-day no-hassle return policy.

2.Order Change Or Cancellation

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations without incurring charges. After that, your shipment will be processed and any changes or cancellations from thereon will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We are unable to accommodate order changes/cancellations/refunds for the following items:

Any item marked as 'Clearance' or specified as on 'Final Sale'

In the event you wish to cancel your existing order and place a new order, kindly note that a new 'Estimated Delivery’ date will be given at the time of the new purchase.

Cancellation of Orders with Discount Voucher

If you cancel any item(s) in your order with a discount voucher/coupon applied, you will be refunded only the final paid price after the applied discount – which is apportioned among the items in your order according to their respective value. The value discount will be apportioned in this manner: (Each line item’s purchase price / total order value) x discount voucher value.

Upon cancellation of item(s) in your order, the whole absolute value of the discount voucher which was initially applied will not be re-issued or re-apportioned to the remaining item(s) in the revised order. Your remaining item(s) are still entitled to the discount value that was initially apportioned per line item before the cancellation of item(s) in your order.

Discount codes and vouchers are single-use only. They cannot be transferred or reused in any manner.

The above Order Change and Cancellation Policy may not necessarily be applicable to all products. Please contact us to process this request.
