General Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with superior products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and issue a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

•Original receipt must be presented.

•Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

•Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

•Items must not be damaged or tampered with.

•Items must not be clearance or sale items.

•If returning alcohol, up to 25% of the total original order can be returned for 100% refund.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

•No returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages that have been opened or consumed.

•No returns or exchanges on special orders or custom-made products.

•No returns or exchanges on gift cards.

Refund Processing

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

•Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Exchange Processing

•Exchanges will be made for the same item or for an item of equal or lesser value.

•Customers may be required to pay the difference in price if exchanging for an item of higher value.
