All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using USPS or other mail services depending on your location and fastest available service. All orders are shipped with a tracking number which you will receive by email/SMS once it is issued.

We ship our orders globally from several facilities located in USA, Asia and Europe. Our average shipping times, unless otherwise stated are:

Please note that these are average shipping times, and orders to destinations outside of the USA may be affected by delays in local Customs offices, local postal services, weather conditions, and more, which are out of our control.

In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. Fitness Hardware cannot be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customers.

FULL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, shipping time takes longer than 6 weeks to arrive, we will give you a full refund for the product should you decide to return it once arrives, or send you a new item at no extra cost (or shipping cost, when applicable).

In cases that are not under our control and shipping takes longer than expected, such as extreme weather, postal strikes, etc., if you decide to return the item, return shipping cost is not refunded.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates vary based on the product (size and weight), destination and store promotion. However, be on the lookout for our FREE SHIPPING discounts we have every now and then.

If applicable, the final shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout process - after entering your shipping address and before you commit to pay.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

Navidium Shipping Protection gives a 100% coverage of items damaged in transit or items lost by the carrier (i.e. not delivered). Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier it is not covered any longer.

Return Eligibility

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we reserve the right to refund only faulty items, pending inspection and approval.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:• New and unused• In the same condition as received• In the original packaging

Gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@fitnesshardware.com to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Approved returns are issued a prepaid return shipping label via email. Customers are responsible for:• Accessing and printing the return label• Affixing the label to the package• Dropping the package off with the designated carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, as indicated on the label)

We are unable to mail physical return labels.

Please do not send items back to the original shipping destination. Some orders ship from third-party logistics facilities that cannot accept returns. Any item sent without prior authorization may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be partially approved or denied in the following situations:1. Items returned in a condition different from how they were received, including damage or missing parts not due to our error2. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of:• Arrival confirmation• Approval or rejection of your refund or exchange

If approved, refunds are processed automatically and credited to the original method of payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders typically ship within 24 business days of payment. Cancellation requests must be made within a 12-hour window.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the item may be returned for a refund after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact info@fitnesshardware.com and include clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.Upon review:• A replacement or refund will be approved as appropriate• In most cases, damaged items do not need to be returned unless otherwise instructed

If you prefer not to provide proof of the defect, the item may be returned following our standard return process.

If a product was used as instructed and becomes defective within a reasonable time after purchase, we may offer a replacement. What qualifies as a “reasonable time” varies by product and is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items.

For exchanges requested for reasons other than approved quality issues, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please confirm eligibility for exchange prior to returning any item.

Digital Products

Digital or downloadable products (including online courses and e-books) are non-refundable once purchased.

While most orders arrive within our estimated delivery timeframe, delays outside our control may occur. If an order does not arrive within 6 weeks of the order date, we will offer a refund or reshipment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or our error, in which case shipping costs will be covered by us following inspection.

If returning an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
