•Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

•Product is unused and in original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

•Opened or used toys may not qualify for return (especially hygiene-sensitive items)
