Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow approximately 2-5 business days* for your order to be processed and prepared. Orders will be ready to ship when all items in your order are available.

Orders placed during holidays and promotional periods may take longer to be processed due to higher order volume.

Canada Shipping Rates

We ship to Canada through FedEx Express and Ground Economy services. Shipping rates are based on the order total, as outlined below:

Orders under $100: $50

Orders between $100 and $250: $100

Orders between $250 and $500: $150

Orders between $500 and $750: $200

Orders between $750 and $1,000: $225

Alaska + Hawaii Shipping Rates

We ship to Alaska + Hawaii through FedEx Express services. Shipping rates are based on the order total, as outlined below:

Orders under $200: $150

Orders between $200 and $400: $300

Orders between $400 and $600: $500

Orders between $600 and $800: $750

Orders above $800: $850

Pre-Order

Items that are temporarily unavailable will be back in stock within 2-3 weeks and are available for preorder now. For details on when a specific item will be ready to ship, feel free to reach out to us at customercare@plankandbeam.com.

Please note, we ship all orders complete. This means if your order includes a preordered item, we'll wait until that item is available before shipping everything together. We'll send you tracking information and order status updates as soon as your order is on its way.

All items ship Standard Ground via FedEx.

Delivery+Assembly

Our unique furniture collections offer designs that come in a variety of sizes and styles. We recommend measuring your space to ensure items will fit properly in your home.

Crafted using solid wood, our furniture pieces can be heavy. For this reason, we recommend having two adults move boxes into the home. After unpacking, please look over each component for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit.

Our furniture arrives unassembled in individual boxes. Inside the boxes, you can find a list of detailed instructions, corresponding components, and required hardware.

While a hex wrench is included, you may use a screwdriver or power drill during assembly. After fitting the components together, we recommend tightening each bolt and screw to ensure a solid and sturdy design.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery receipt. We aim to ensure your return process is smooth and stress-free.

PACKAGING + SHIPPING

We kindly ask that returned items are shipped back in their original packaging if possible. If the packaging is no longer available, please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Contact our Customer Service team for a return shipment authorization. We’ll schedule a pick up right to your door! Just pop the label on the box and leave it available for the pick-up team. Please note that your estimated shipping charges reflect our discounted rates and our hassle-free pickup from your doorstep.

REFUNDS + CREDITS

Once we receive your return and ensure that the items are in good shape, we will issue a refund (minus the shipping cost).

WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If you encounter any issues with your Plank+Beam product, just let us know, and we’ll arrange for repairs, replacement parts, or a full replacement if necessary.

Please keep in mind that our warranty is non-transferable and doesn’t apply to resold items. It’s valid only for products used as intended and under normal conditions. Any damage or defects caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or commercial use won’t be covered under our warranty.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help. Please send us photographs of the issue from various angles and distances. If available, include photos of the original packaging, as it may have been damaged during transit. Our Customer Service team will work with you to arrange for necessary replacement parts.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Mattresses are final sale and cannot be returned.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS We understand that sometimes plans change. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please understand that due to our timely shipping and processing times, we may not be able to fulfill every change or cancellation request. Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
