This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on

ciúb.

ciúb is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customers for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

For security reasons,

ciúb will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING COSTS

We dispatch all weekday orders the same day. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched the following Monday (excluding holidays).

SHIPMENT TRACKING

ciúb provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.

DELAYS

ciúb is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally,

ciúb is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

ciúb will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

ciúb recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment.

ciúb is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if customers address is wrongly provided .

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which

ciúb makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

Refund & Return PolicyAt ciúb, we are committed to providing high-quality travel accessories. Please review our refund and return policy below:

UK & EU Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ciubtravel.com within 30 days of your purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that due to fluctuating stock levels, we recommend reaching out to us first to ensure a satisfactory resolution for your case.

Returns will not be processed until returning items have arrived back at our warehouse.

US Orders – All Sales Are Final

For orders placed in the United States, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@ciubtravel.com with photos of the issue. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to assess the issue and provide a resolution. Broken zips on our cubes will not be replaced as this is likely due to over packing, outside of the product’s capabilities.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item first (if applicable under our return policy), and then place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
