ReturnsIf you wish to return an item because it doesn't fit, please contact us through our contact form and we'll either send you a refund or replace the underwear with a different size.

Please note that we will only pay for return shipping once per order. If after shipping your item back and receiving a different size, the product still does not fit, you can still exchange or return for a refund, but you will need to pay for the return shipping.

In order to process the refund / replacement, you will need to send the item back to us in unused condition. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement.

You can cancel your order at any point within 24 hours and we will refund you - no questions asked.

You can also request a hassle-free cancellation if your order hasn't been shipped yet. (Shipping takes longer during weekends or for items on pre-order.)

Please note: Refunds and replacements will only be processed within 30 days of you receiving your original order.
