Where is my package?

We totally understand your frustration when you are not able to find your package. Please check your email or messenger (depending on how you complete the purchase) to see if there’s a tracking number provided. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the system to update the tracking number for you after we prepare the shipment.

If you did find your tracking number, please check the carrier tracking site with the most up to date status! If it’s delivered but you still can’t find it? Look around to check if the package was delivered to the apartment office, locker, neighbors door, etc.

What’s the difference between Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping?

Your order will be arriving in 5-7 business days if you selected standard shipping. As for expedited shipping, it usually takes 2-3 business days.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam are not yet included in Joyin's shipping list.

We want to spread the joy no matter where you are! Our official store is currently shipping domestically. We understand that sometimes, you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, along with an extra 60-day warranty for all quality issues. Warranty and return will begin from the date of purchasing.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return or refund, please note the following requirements:- Your return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of order placement.- The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.- Our customer service team must pre-authorize returns and refunds.- If you placed the wrong order or changed your mind and wanted to return the product, you may bear the shipping cost. I got a defective or damaged product, what should I do?

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please call us at (800) 781-3067 or text us at (602) 922-9782 or email us at support@joyin.co with your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can send you a brand new replacement or refund you depending on your preference.

How do I find a replacement part?

We wish we could replace all missing pieces for your product but unfortunately for most of the products, we do not have stock on all parts and pieces. If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at support@joyin.co with your Order Number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to help! Please make sure to keep the product with you so that we could provide you all the options we have.

When will I receive a refund?

As soon as possible! Once you get a refund notification, you should be receiving your refund back to your initial payment method within 5-10 business days. If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to see if it’s still processing. If not, please reach out to our customer service team so we can investigate the case for you!
