We hope you and your little one love your purchase from Southern Stitch Company! We are happy to accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed clothing if it is returned (postmarked) within 10 days after you receive the item. We will accept exchanges or returns for store credit as long as they meet the following criteria:

**All items must be returned (postmarked) within 10 days of receiving the order.

**Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags still attached (if item came with tags).

**Damages must be reported within 10 days in order to receive a refund.

**Customers will be refunded in store credit and be required to pay shipping back to Southern Stitch Company. You will be issued credit on the platform (website or app) that the order was placed.

**Returns sent back to us with insufficient postage will be returned to the customer.

**All accessories, SALE ITEMS, gift cards, and items marked FINAL SALE are ineligible for return. If a final sale is shipped back to Southern Stitch Company, we are not responsible for shipping back to the customer or processing the return.
