We do our best to ship orders within 72 hours of our team printing them! We do ask for additional processing time during product launches and weekends.

We offer four different US (domestic) shipping options, as listed below, with their corresponding estimated delivery windows:

-USPS First Class (Select orders only, 10 business days, tracking is NOT available)

-USPS Ground Advantage (4-6 business days )

-USPS Priority (2-5 business days )

-USPS Express (2 business days for orders placed before 12pm CST ).

Shipping protection is offered on all purchases through our partners at Corso.

This optional package protection helps protect your order in case of loss, theft, or damage.

If shipping protection is waived for your purchase, any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier. Any missing mail claims must be completed through USPS's Missing Mail Search .

Loopy Cases cannot issue a refund for any orders marked delivered/not received.

*Loopy reserves the right to evaluate and approve or decline all return requests. Returns will not be accepted outside our return window. Please note that the cost of original shipping and return shipping is not covered by Loopy and will be deducted from your final refund. Your Loopy must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Your Loopy Case must be returned with its original Loop and microfiber dust bag for a full refund.
