Order Processing

Our fulfillment center processes all orders on a first order first serve basis. All orders are typically process within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). Any orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

After your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you to let you know your package has been processed. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to be updated by the carrier.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, we offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States.

There is a shipping fee to the states of Hawaii & Alaska as luggage are oversized packages.

We are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, PO Box Address, and other US Territories.

The number of business days between shipment and delivery will depend on the destination location. Refer to the below map here for estimated ground delivery. Please note that ground deliveries occur during normal business hours and days. (Mon - Fri excluding holidays)

There may be unexpected delays due to the holiday or weather, if you have any questions, please reach out to us below for your package's status.

International Shipping

We currently are not offering international shipping at this time.

Shipping Addresses Validation

Our system will attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure the address is valid. If our systems is unable to validate the address, we will reach out to the email provided. If we are unable to contact you or if we do not receive a response, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

If a PO Box address is provide, we will reach out to you for an alternative address. UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Issues

In the event the package gets returned to us, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges.

We strongly suggest you to verify your order confirmation for any errors before your order is processed and shipped. Traveler's Choice will not be held responsible if a wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Traveler's Choice purchase. If you need to return an unused item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in brand new condition and unused, with all original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, tear, marks, scratches, or alterations of any kind.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department below with your order number and information. We offer two return methods:

•We can provide a return label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

•You can choose to ship the package back using any carrier and there will be no restocking fee. Please provide us with the tracking number after you've shipped the package back to us.

Please be sure to include any gifts provided to you, and return them in their original packaging. If a gift is not returned in its original packaging, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund. After shipping the item, please email customerservice@travelerchoice.com with your tracking number.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days or longer for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If it takes longer than one billing cycle, please contact your bank for further assistance.
