Free Shipping on All OrdersWe offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum spend, no code needed.

DispatchAll orders are dispatched the same business day or next business day from Sydney, NSW. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

Delivery TimeframesOnce dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

•NSW/ACT: 1–3 business days

•VIC/QLD/SA: 2–4 business days

•WA/TAS/NT: 3–6 business days

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and courier partners. Delivery times may vary during peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.).

Express ShippingExpress shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.

TrackingA tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.

International ShippingWe currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Delayed ParcelsIf your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@babybeats.com.au and we will investigate with our shipping provider.

Gift WrappingGift wrapping is available at checkout. All Baby Beats animals arrive in a premium embossed gift box with satin ribbon — perfect for gifting straight from the box.

30-Day ReturnsWe want you to love your Baby Beats animal. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original gift box and packaging. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items that don't reach us.

RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank before contacting us — processing delays on their end are common.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@babybeats.com.au with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ExchangesWe replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. If you'd like to exchange for a different animal, please return your original item and place a new order.

Gift ReturnsIf your item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you'll receive a store credit to the value of the return. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them.
