All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days after they are placed, with the exceptions of combined orders, pre-orders, and orders placed during an announced break.

Combined Orders (USA only)Repeat customers may select "Combine with existing order" at checkout for free/discounted shipping. The expected ship-by date of the combined order is the latest of any of the individual orders. The combine option is available only to USA customers who have an existing unshipped order.

Pre-OrdersAny item marked "PRE-ORDER" is pending delivery from the manufacturer. Any order (or combined order) containing at least one of these items is considered a pre-order, and may take several weeks to ship.

BreaksOccasionally, our team will go on break. Orders placed during the announced break will ship by the date listed below.

Tracking and InsuranceTracking information will be provided for all orders. Domestic orders (within the USA) are insured for their full value. International orders are insured up to $200

Free Shipping (USA only)Single domestic orders with an after-discount total of $200 or more are eligible for free shipping. You won't be charged shipping at checkout, no further customer action is needed to claim the offer. The offer does not apply to combined orders.

Returns We have a 30-day return policy for domestic (USA) orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

International orders are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at help.tomthebuilder.store@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once the returned items are received, and are in acceptable condition, store credit will be issued for the returned items.You can always contact us for any return question at help.tomthebuilder.store@gmail.com .

CancellationYou may request cancellation of an unshipped order. Once canceled, store credit will be issued for the full order amount. Orders that have tracking numbers already cannot be canceled, as they are in the process of being packed and shipped. You may request a return once the package has been delivered.

Refunds Given the unrecoverable transaction costs associated with card payments, we can't offer refunds for customer-requested cancellations or returns. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of returned/canceled items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
