Some of our items are shipped directly from our trusted brand partners. This allows us to offer a wider range of high-quality products without compromising delivery times or service. You may receive separate packages if your order includes items from multiple partners.

•Custom or handmade items may take longer to process (typically 5-7 business days).

•For certain handmade items, fulfillment may take 1–2 weeks, with shipping typically requiring an additional 3–4 days.

•Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, free shipping on all orders (excluding taxes).

•Free Shipping on orders over $150 (excluding taxes).

Shipping Destinations:

•Shipping available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.

•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

•Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

•At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers:

•We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery Issues:

•If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

•You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund.

•To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

•Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

•Downloadable digital products

•Large pieces like Playhouses and Montessori Furniture are non-refundable due to change of mind. Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged.

Refunds:

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

•If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

•We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
