At Swimcore, our goal is to provide reliable and efficient shipping services worldwide. We work with trusted suppliers, manufacturers and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification, quality control and packaging prior to dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days by our warehouse and fulfilment partners prior to dispatch. During busy periods, launches or public holidays, processing times may occasionally be extended.

UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Times

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service selected at checkout. Most international orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local courier operations or external factors outside our control.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.

International Customs & Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be legally imported into their destination country and for complying with all local customs regulations, import requirements, taxes, duties and certification requirements.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, taxes or additional clearance procedures depending on the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, delayed by customs, or returned due to:

•customs restrictions,

•unpaid import duties or taxes,

•incorrect shipping information,

•failed delivery attempts,

•or carrier refusal,

Swimcore reserves the right to deduct all incurred costs from any refund issued, including but not limited to:

•original shipping fees,

•return shipping charges,

•customs charges and duties,

•rerouting fees,

•storage fees,

•and courier handling charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Refunds for returned international shipments will only be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected.

High-value electronic and communication products may be subject to additional customs restrictions depending on the destination country.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

N.B: No returns and refunds accepted for all Calisthenics Rigs and Pull-up Fitness Bars items.To start a return, you can contact us at swimcore.uk@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at swimcore.uk@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please note: SONR and TAYOGO electronic products are not refundable once opened or used, but may be exchanged if found to be faulty or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Orders & Return Shipping Costs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local clearance requirements applicable in their country.

If an order is returned to Swimcore due to customs refusal, unpaid import fees, failed delivery attempts, restricted imports, customs delays, or incorrect delivery information, any refund issued will be subject to deduction of all shipping and return-related costs incurred by Swimcore, including but not limited to:

•Original shipping fees

•Courier return charges

•Customs charges and duties

•Rerouting and handling fees

•Storage or carrier processing fees

Refunds are processed only after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Swimcore is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by destination country authorities or courier providers.

High-value electronic and communication products may be subject to additional customs restrictions depending on the destination country.
