If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please submit a request through our Support Center within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

•Your order number

•A description of the issue

•Clear photos of the product

•Photos of the original packaging

•Photos showing any visible damage or defects

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution, as many of our suppliers and shipping partners require prompt notification of shipping-related or product issues.

If your claim is approved, Touch of Modern will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the claim. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Please note that eligibility for any resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis. Touch of Modern reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any claim that does not comply with this policy or where sufficient supporting information cannot be provided.
