Tracking an Order

You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. Packages through standard shipping does not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, our phone cases are customized series, so we don‘t support returns. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is the correct fit. If you purchase the wrong size we are not responsible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
