All paid orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During this time, orders are prepared, packaged, and handed off to our shipping partners.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Your order status will be updated to fulfilled once the tracking number is available.

At Iron Eagle Coffee Company, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our coffee is freshly roasted and prepared specifically for each order, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on coffee items. For safety and quality reasons, returned coffee cannot be resold and must be discarded. Please do not send products back to us.

Incorrect Orders or Store Errors

If we make an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product, grind size, or label, we will take full responsibility.

We will replace the item at no additional cost to you

Shipping for the replacement will be covered by us

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details

Customer Errors

If an issue occurs due to incorrect information provided at checkout (such as an incorrect address or order selection):

We are unable to offer a refund

A replacement order may be placed at the customer’s expense
