All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. We are not able to ship using USPS or UPS. Please note that since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will need to provide a physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order out to you. We offer free shipping on orders over $75. There is a flat-rate fee of $5 for shipping on orders below $75.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is ready to leave our warehouse, with a tracking number to track the shipment. All orders ship from Southern California, so please allow roughly 2-3 days of transit time for locations along the West Coast, 3-4 days for the central US, and 5-6 business days if you are located on the East Coast. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Additionally, K9 Ballistics is not responsible for carrier-related delays. During the end-of-year holiday season carrier backlogs can sometimes add 1-2 weeks to shipping time, so it is recommended to order early to ensure prompt delivery.

Unfortunately, due to the shipping costs involved, we currently cannot ship outside the 48 contiguous continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, FPO/APO and international addresses, please consider a forwarding service like reship.com to have the order delivered to you.

Package not received?

If the tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please check around your property first to confirm the driver did not tuck the package out of immediate sight and confirm with your neighbors that none of them received it in error. FedEx will occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely, so allow 24 hours for the item to be delivered past the initial delivery date. If you still have not received the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact us so that we can start a trace with the carrier.

Traces take an average of 2 business days to complete and must be completed before we can proceed with lost package procedures. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered in order for us to start a trace. If you do not contact us within that timeframe, we will not be able to do a trace and the replacement will count as your warranty replacement. Packages reported as lost two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.

If the carrier is not able to recover and redeliver the package within that time frame, we can send out a one-time replacement.* We are not able to issue refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternate address or having the order shipped to your nearest FedEx store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.

* Replacements cannot be returned for a refund. If a replacement is not desired, store credit for the value of the item can be provided instead.

K9 Ballistics accepts returns and exchanges on items sent back within the first 30 days of receipt, provided that the item remains in like-new condition and does not meet any of the disqualifying criteria listed below. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom embroidery/vinyl text items, Final Sale, Clearance, and Open Box items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items shipped as replacements for missing packages or via warranty cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged for store credit if they meet the standard criteria.

Start Your Return or Exchange

Items do not qualify for return or exchange if they:

•Have been personalized with embroidery or vinyl text

•Are Clearance, Final Sale, or Open Box items

•Have had their sewn-on tags removed

•Show signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.)

•Have been washed

•Have been damaged

•Were received more than 30 days ago

All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt; please allow 3-5 days from the date the item is delivered for it to be processed and refunded. We reserve the right to deny credit to any items returned to us that are not in new, unused condition or meet any of the disqualifying criteria specified above.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to K9 Ballistics a refund. If you do not have a vehicle or cannot easily transport the item in its box to a FedEx store or drop-off counter, please make sure you have someone who can assist you with this task before you purchase. We are not able to issue refunds for products that are not shipped back to us, no exceptions.

K9 Ballistics is not able to arrange pickup services.

Items that have been damaged are not eligible for a return but may qualify for our warranty. Please visit our warranty page here to view the policy and submit a claim.

Reboxing Your Return

Products must be sent back in the original box if you wish to receive a label from K9 Ballistics. The item does not need to be re-wrapped in the original plastic; only the exterior shipping box is required. We understand that it may be difficult to get some of the larger beds back in their boxes, as they will need to be tightly rolled. To avoid issues with fitting the bed back in the box, we strongly recommend taking the cover out first and unfolding it to get a sense of the bed's size before you unwrap the mattress.

If you threw out the original box, please note that we cannot send a new one out. You can still proceed with a return, but you will need to purchase your own return label.

Return Shipping Labels

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed. K9 Ballistics can provide FedEx return labels for a $30 fee (per package) only if the item meets the following conditions:

•Does not meet any of the disqualifying criteria listed above

•Exceeds $30 in value

•Is being shipped back in the original box

•Is being shipped from a location within the 48 contiguous United States

•Can be returned via FedEx

Items returned using a K9 Ballistics return label must be dropped off at the carrier to be sent back; we do not offer or schedule pickup services. For orders placed through k9ballistics.com, the $30 label fee will be deducted from the refund once the returned item has been inspected and processed. For Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon orders, the label fee must be paid upfront before a label can be provided. If a K9 Ballistics return label is used on a box other than the original to ship the item back, the full shipping cost—including any additional fees incurred by using the incorrect box—will be deducted from the refund. If those fees exceed the original cost of the item, no refund will be given.

For items that do not meet the criteria for a $30 label listed above, the customer must purchase their own label from any carrier of their choice to send the item back. These shipping fees are not reimbursable by K9 Ballistics and it is recommended that you select a trackable shipping method in case there are any issues with delivery.

PO Box Failed Deliveries and Rejected Packages

K9 Ballistics is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, and orders submitted with a PO Box shipping address may end up returned to sender. If an order is returned to sender by the carrier due to being addressed to a PO Box or due to being rejected by the recipient, it will be treated as a standard return and a refund less the return shipping cost ($30 per package) will be issued to the customer when the item is received and processed. If a PO Box or rejected order contains items that cannot be returned (i.e. personalized, Final Sale, Open Box, etc), no refund will be issued but the item can be reshipped at the customer's expense. Reshipping fees are dependent on what the carrier charged K9 Ballistics for the original shipment and may not match the default shipping charged on the original order.
