We ship orders within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. US shipping (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico not included) is priced by package weight. We currently do not offer expedited shipping or ship to PO Boxes.

Snuggle Me™ is the best functioning and highest quality baby lounger on the market. We are confident that you and baby will love it.

Our LOVE IT guarantee gives you 60 days from purchase date to try Snuggle Me™with your little one. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply send it back for a refund. No questions asked. It's that easy.

We will gladly accept returns & exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 60 days of purchase date. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online return portal prior to 61 days of purchase, and a Snuggle Me order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.

US CUSTOMERS (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska)

Cost of return shipping labels will be deducted from final refund amount. We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange/store credit.

**Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded that were paid by the customer when original order was placed.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

At this time, we are unable to offer return shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. All international return information can be found in the return portal .

All refunds are submitted to the original form of payment. ALL ORDERS SUBMITTED THROUGH PAYPAL ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AFTER 60 DAYS FOR ANY REASON DUE TO PAYPAL REFUND POLICY.

***IF THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED IN THE RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS DUE TO BEING SHIPPED IN A BOX TOO SMALL FOR THE ITEM, OR IMPROPERLY PACKAGED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

IF RECEIVED AFTER THE 60 DAY TRIAL PERIOD, ONLY A 50% REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. IF RECEIVED 90 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE, ZERO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

NO SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED AND CUSTOMER IS IN CHARGE OF ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES.
