Our entire collection is bespoke made-to-order, therefore all sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. This is because each product is custom made to order and customised to your specifications.

2. Custom Design

We stand behind the design of our bespoke furniture. If the final product does not match the agreed design or specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. If your bespoke item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon design, we will happily address the issue. Please follow these steps:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

• Provide clear photographs of the issue, including packaging if damaged during transit.

• We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a repair or replacement based on the circumstances.
