RETURNS

If you partially return one or more items from a free shipping order that causes your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Packages that are not collected are automatically sent back to Eco Mini. The fee for this return shipping is charged to the customer at 250 SEK.

A fee of 250 SEK will also be charged to the customer in the event of needing to change the recipient details (name, address, delivery point) with the shipping company.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing products on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the items that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must announce that you regret the purchase. Please email us at info@ecomini.se. Include your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which products the return applies to.

You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after receiving them. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products should be sent well packaged and in original packaging with original tags in tact where applicable.

We recommend sending the products back by a secure, traceable shipping method. It the package is not sent traceable, there is no guarantee that the package will be received by Eco Mini, in which case the sender will be held liable for the loss.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value compared to the original value of the products if the products are used or damaged.

Any shipping costs incurred by Eco Mini will be deducted from your return amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, which have been tailor-made for you.
