Delivery Policy for Non-Local Furniture purchases via on-line / call-in orderWe can provide quoting and scheduling of a delivery service to your home or business anywhere in the United States. We ask our customers to open and inspect all product immediately upon arrival. Any box or product damage must be photographed and noted on the driver’s papers at time of delivery. Any issues must be reported immediately to Hausful or within 3 days from the date of receipt, after this time Hausful is no longer responsible for the order.

If an order is refused due to damages upon delivery, please contact Hausful to notify us of the refusal so that we can proactively address any replacements that are needed. At that time also provide photographs and any additional information you observe.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check in all merchandise once it is received to verify counts and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Hausful is happy to facilitate replacements and miss-ships, but after (14) days from the original delivery we can no longer be responsible for merchandise shortages or unreported damages.

The majority of our furniture is considered special order, therefore not returnable. In certain circumstances, Hausful can accept a return only if item is unassembled and in its original packaging. Item must be in new resellable condition or no refund will be administered. Buyer is responsable for any return shipping fees.

Return Policy for Rugs, Lighting, Accessories and Décor purchases in-store We gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund as long as the item(s) are returned within fourteen (14) days of your receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, with original packaging and tags. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.
