(tracking and insurance included). Transit time typically varies from 3-4 business days. INTERNATIONAL International orders are shipped via DHL International Mail (tracking included - insurance included). Transit time typically varies from 2-6 business days. Customs clearance varies by country/region and may take several days or weeks to clear. If you haven't received your package, please contact your local customs office and provide the shipping and tracking information you received when your order shipped.

•Curriculum is not responsible for shipments that do not arrive on time due to transit and customs delays. Transit times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed.

•International recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees levied by the destination country upon delivery. These fees are not included in our shipping cost.

•Curriculum is unable to undervalue orders or mark orders as a gift.

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please use our Return Portal .

Redo Returns +Coverage

At checkout, you have the option to add Redo Coverage+ for additional protection and convenience. This third-party service provides:

Lost package protection – Coverage if your order goes missing during shipping

Free return shipping – No charge for standard return shipping labels

Redo Coverage+ must be purchased at the time of your original order to be valid. If you didn't purchase Redo Coverage+, standard return and shipping fees will apply to your return.

Exchanges

If you'd like to make an exchange, please use our Return Portal . For international exchanges, please reach out to us before placing your new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at chad@curriculum.shop.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at chad@curriculum.shop.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, body fragrances, undergarments, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
