If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@chaosandco.com

We offer free standard shipping on all order over $100 within the United States. Orders with subtotals under $100 ($99.99 and under) will incur a standard shipping fee. Orders with Free or Standard shipping are shipped by the carrier of our choice.

Expedited Shipping is offered by FedEx for an additional cost. Please note that expedited orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.

To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete address for USPS.

Return + Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for in store credit or exchange within 20 days of purchase, excluding custom orders.

Items returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition with original tags.

If items are found to be used or worn at the time of receipt, eligibility for refund will be denied and the customer may be required to pay for return shipping.

•All sale items, as well as jewelry, skincare, makeup, shoes, bags, hats, scarves, wraps/ponchos, gift items, and accessories, are FINAL SALE ITEMS and are not eligible to be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once packages are picked up from CHAOS + CO. by USPS, UPS, or other mail carriers, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages (this includes packages that are marked delivered by mail carrier).

CHAOS + CO. does not cover the cost of shipping to return your package.

All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee

Steps for returns:

•Request a Return Authorization Number via email to support@chaosandco.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we can approve the items you want to return.

•Put the Return Authorization number on the UPS or FEDEX shipping label. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip. USPS shipments will not be accepted. Boxes received without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the sender.

•All item(s) must be received back to the CHAOS + CO. warehouse at the address provided below within 7 days of your emailed approval.

•Please allow 7-10 business days for confirmation of refund.
