Where do you ship? We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia.

When will my order arrive? Orders ship within 1-4 business days. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add on the shipping time estimates below.

Continental US: 7-10 business days

•Non-Continental US/Military: 7-10 business days + 2 weeks

Australia, UK, Canada: 8-12 business days (duties included)

We are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

Will I be charged extra taxes after my item clears customs? If you live in Canada, Australia, or the UK, your deliveries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) system, so you won’t pay any additional fees when your order ships or crosses a border. Duties and taxes are calculated directly into your shipping costs and will be factored into the total price you pay at check out.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed? Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests. If you need an address change on your package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your shipping information.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once your return has been scanned and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange, or issue your store credit as requested. Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.All promotional purchases, such as leggings redeemed with a Free Legging Code, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Read more about final sale products here.Please note there will be a $7 shipping and restocking fee for mail-in refunds, but exchange requests and drop-off returns are free. If you’re submitting a return for store credit, your restocking fee will be waived. If you’re a US-based Jade or Sage member, returns and exchanges are always free!Swimwear & Bodysuits: Please note that all tags and hygiene liners must be attached in order for your return to be accepted. Your return may be refused if the item is damaged or missing any tags/liners.Socks & Underwear: For your first socks or underwear purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the tags and protective liners have been removed. After your first purchase, socks and underwear will be final sale. Both socks and underwear are ineligible for exchanges at this time.Afterpay: Please note refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will first be refunded from Girlfriend Collective to Afterpay, and then to you. Exchanges for International Customers

We cannot offer exchanges for our international customers at this time. (Sorry!) However, you may return the items, postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered. Please note that any duties/taxes you pay are non-refundable.You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Unfortunately, we're unable to cover the return costs for international Jade or Sage members at this time. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.

Processing Time

Your refund (or store credit) will be processed immediately upon drop-off or once your return has been scanned in by the carrier. From there, it usually takes between 5-10 business days for your refund to post to your account depending on who you bank with.
