Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items can be returned for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned for refund.

A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charges for returns of $100.00 or more.

You must contact us before returning merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item and tell you if it is approved for a refund or rejected. If you are approved your refund will be processed immediately.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at classiquehardware@videotron.ca.

Shipping:

When returning merchandise we will provide the shipping address when the return has been approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
