Melbourne Snowboard Centre offers free shipping for purchases over $100 that do not contain bulky items and/or are not delivering to remote or regional locations. If your order is being delivered to a remote or regional location you may be contacted regarding additional shipping costs.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is an expedited service through Melbourne Snowboard Centre and the freight provider. Express shipping does not guarantee delivery by a certain date.

PO Boxes

If your order only contains items under 105cm we can ship to a PO Box at no extra charge. If your order contains items over 105cm, this must be shipped with StarTrack and can only be delivered to a PO Box if shipped express. If you would like your order shipped to a PO Box and it contains items over 105cm, please ensure you select the 'Express - Signature Required or PO Box' option at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on items and location, please use our quote system available in the shopping cart to see what the shipping costs are. Most items take 1-2 weeks to be delivered but this is not guaranteed as some packages can get held up in customs. Please be aware that your country may require the payment of import duties, taxes, or fees prior to delivering or releasing the goods. These are determined by customs and are not controlled by Melbourne Snowboard Centre. As such we are unable to provide any estimates for these costs. Please contact your country's import department for more information regarding import fees.

We are confident in our products and our sales staff to make sure you end up with the right gear. If you have any questions on products please give us a call or send us an email and we are happy to answer your questions so that you can make a more informed decision.

Items must be sent back in the condition you received them and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.

If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact us and we can walk you through the appropriate steps. Returns

We are confident in our products and our sales staff to make sure that you get the best help and gear that are most suitable for your adventures.

We are a local, independently owned store and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds for returned items (this includes incorrect sizing), however we're happy to offer you a store credit subject to the following conditions:

•Returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery for online orders).

•Proof of purchase included

•The item/s must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging in resalable condition, including manufacturer tags where applicable. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all returned items are delivered to Melbourne Snowboard Centre in their original condition.

Items not eligible for return:

•Snowboards and bindings that have been mounted are unfortunately not available to be returned.

•We cannot offer returns on any Facemasks, Neckwarmers, Thermals, Socks or Chains due to hygiene and the nature of their use.

•Items that have been purchased as a 'price match' are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

•Items marked as 'clearance'

We operate as a local independently owned shop and do not offer ‘change of mind’ refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances we can process a refund with a 20% restocking and processing fee. We encourage our customers to first consider exchanges because it will retain the full value of your purchase. Return fees will not be processed if we have made a mistake in an order or you wish to process a successful warranty.
