Products with Prescription Medication: All sales of prescription products are final. We do not accept returns on prescription products once they have been shipped. Please note that a non-refundable $40 fee will be applied to all orders after RX’s are written. For any questions, please contact our support team at answers@jase.com .
All Products NOT containing Rx Medications: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact customer service at answers@jase.com to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification about exchange/refund options.
