Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Flat Shipping Cost: $2.99. We currently do not offer free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday)

Transit Time: 1–7 business days (Monday – Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles) on weekdays

Shipping Destination

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information will usually become active within 24 hours.

Additional Shipping Information

We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, please contact us for a full refund or replacement upon providing reasonable proof.

Order cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check your mailbox and contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

PnCkids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

Delivery delays may occur during peak order volumes. If your order arrives significantly later than expected, you may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay and cancellation options have already been provided.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@pnckids.com before your order has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received, our team will process it promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

✅ Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.✅ Please contact us at info@pnckids.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.🚫 Do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

Items must be in the same condition as received

Unused, with original tags and packaging intact

📦 Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.

The return shipping address will be provided via email after your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@pnckids.com . Include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. Please email info@pnckids.com to request an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
