SHIPPING COST CALCULATION

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

•Canada: 5–10 business days

•International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

DELIVERY ISSUES

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry — if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work to make it right.

OPENED OR USED ITEMS — NO REFUND

All supplements and consumable products are final sale once opened or used. We are unable to issue refunds for any supplement that has been opened, partially consumed, or used in any way, regardless of the results experienced. Individual results vary and are not grounds for a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

WRONG ITEM / FULFILLMENT ERRORS

In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. A full refund is issued only if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually and we will communicate the applicable resolution and next steps to you directly. We are committed to making this right and will keep you informed every step of the way.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds are not available for:

•Change of mind or accidental orders

•Wrong size or color selected by the customer

•Sale items and gift cards

•Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

•Opened or used supplements and consumables

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact us at info@destglow.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery — including opened supplements, consumables, and personal care products. As the majority of our products fall under this exemption, most orders are not eligible for cooling-off returns. For sealed, unopened items that qualify, please contact us at info@destglow.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), within 10 business days to your original payment method.
