Refund policy RETURNS AND REFUNDS Shoes: Must be UNWORN. If we ship you the WRONG SIZE - we will pay ALL COSTS for shipping the wrong size back to us and the new pair to you. If you order a SIZE THAT DOES NOT FIT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to us and shipping costs for replacement pair back to you. Once we receive shoes you will be refunded less the original COST OF SHIPPING. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
