We work alongside our manufacturing and shipping partners to get your order to you as fast as possible. Sometimes there can be delays in shipping due to material shortages, courier complications , or other factors outside of our control. If your item is expected to ship out in more than 1 week from your order date, we will notify you via email , usually within the same business day that your order was placed . You will then have the option to cancel/refund your order if yo u choose to. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To submit a return for damaged/defective items , you must submit photos/video of the damage/defects and a brief description detailing what happened. To submit, email ethans@cavesnd.com with your order number in the subject line (ie. Order #1111 Return Request) If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email. To return an item for any other reason , your may return the item in its original, unopened packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. We charge a 15% restocking fee.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
