At Forever Home Goods, we’re dedicated to getting your items to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Shipping Time

•In-Stock Items: Ship within 1-5 business days

•Transit Time: Please allow an additional 2-15 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

•Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates (Contiguous U.S.)

•calculated at checkout - estimated depending on destination(many of our items ship FREE)

We aim to fulfill orders via the carrier and method selected at checkout; occasionally we may use an alternative carrier or method depending on fulfillment and destination locations and/or carrier availability. Provided tracking will clearly indicate any changes.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive:

•If your delivery shows signs of damage or the item is defective, please refuse the delivery and contact us within 48 hours at support@foreverhomegoods.com or (213) 685-4004.

•If damage is discovered after accepting delivery from UPS, USPS, or FedEx, notify us within 2 business days of the delivery date.

•We require photos of the damage to begin processing a return or replacement.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is missing an item or includes the wrong item, please contact our Client Services team within 2 business days of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but has not arrived:

•Double-check your surroundings and check with neighbors or household members.

•While Forever Home Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we’ll gladly assist you in filing a trace or claim with the carrier.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

Orders that are refused or not claimed at the time of delivery are not considered canceled. These returns will be subject to applicable return shipping and restocking fees. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note the following exceptions are not eligible for return:

Final Sale or Clearance items

•Made-to-order or personalized items

•Gift Cards

•Open Box Items

•Discounted Bundles

•Samples & Swatches

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gas canisters, damaged lithium batteries)

•(Some oversized items may have modified return terms; please contact us for specifics.)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@foreverhomegoods.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will respond within 72 hours with next steps. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

Do not discard packaging if you're considering a return.

A 20% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

•Original shipping fees are NOT refundable.

•Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.

Refund Options

You can choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
