Victor offers free ground shipping for all items. Free delivery is valid on standard ground shipping for U.S. orders with delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be charged standard shipping rates. Free shipping is not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Offer does not apply to previous orders and is subject to change without notice.

All orders are shipped via ground shipping. Orders will be shipped via major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Victor is unable to provide you the option to select your carrier of choice.

How long does is take to ship your order?

Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then take 3-8 business days to ship to your address. These are estimates only. Actual shipping time frames are determined by the method of shipment, specific carrier, and transit time to your area.

When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and the delivery date. If for any reason an item is out of stock, Victor will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. However, note that delivery times can also be subject to external factors as shall be described herein this policy and therefore, cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly before you place your order.

Estimated delivery date/Carrier Disclaimer

Although transit time is subject to factors beyond our control, you will usually receive your item within 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates only. Actual shipping time frames are determined by the method of shipment, specific carrier, and transit time to your area. Estimated delivery dates for orders shipped by Victor are non-binding and time of delivery is not of the essence. This estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

Victor shall not be liable for any delays, loss or damage in transit. Victor shall not be held responsible for any shipment/package being delayed by the carrier due to adverse weather conditions, uncontrollable circumstances (flight delays, equipment malfunction etc.), or an act of God and will not refund the cost of shipping. Multiple days of delays on shipments can be caused by any of the above-mentioned events regardless of the shipping method selected at the point of checkout.

Shipment reroutes/Lost Shipments/Shipments Returned to Victor Audio

In the event that an order is placed with incorrect shipping information and requires a change of address, the customer will be charged a reroute fee and any additional shipping charges that may apply to such rerouting. This fee can vary based on your location and how much the shipment needs to travel away from its originally shipped location.

If incorrect shipping information provided by the Customer is the cause of a shipment(s) becoming lost in transit or delivered incorrectly by the carrier, then Victor shall not be held responsible for any compensation or replacements for the lost or incorrectly delivered shipment.

Tracking your order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to always track your order until it reaches your delivery address. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, Victor’s confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically.

Victor wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we ensure to take every possible step to make that happen. But if for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Victor accepts returns and offer refunds subject to the terms and conditions in this policy.

Kindly note that all returns must also have a Return Authorization Number. As such, to get a Return Authorization Number, you'll need to email us at webstore@victoraudio.com prior to shipping it back. Any returns without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender and you bear the full risk of such return not reaching us. Returns not sold by Victor or received by Victor will not qualify for replacement or refund. You understand that shipping charges are not refundable.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, the item must be shipped to Victor so that we receive it within 15 working days. In addition to the above, the following must be considered depending on what you purchased from Victor and want to return.

What happens if the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing quality defect?

All orders leave Victor’s facility in a brand-new undamaged condition or as described on the product listing. If your item arrives damaged, Victor will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, Victor will refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to Victor once the item is received and verified as having damage or a manufacturing defect that you have indicated.

While Victor has made reasonable attempts to accurately display and describe its products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device and may not be accurate as intended by Victor and as such, certain color difference claims may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Nevertheless, you can request a refund when an entirely different color from what you purchased on the website is shipped to you.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours from the time of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify Victor immediately if there is any damage. If no claim for damage is made within 48 hours of delivery, no action will be taken.

Please send Victor a copy of the receipt via email for any shipping costs you incur.

What happens if I want to return an order?

Victor allows for a 30-day return period from when the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address to when an exchange request has been submitted subject to the following conditions:

•Items must be unused and/or in brand new condition with its original packaging.

•You will still be responsible for the initial shipping charge.

•All returns will be inspected once shipped back to Victor’s facility to verify any recorded defects.

•You must be sure to package the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. It is recommended that you take photos before sending out any returns even if they are brand new. This is for your protection so that you are not held liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item back. When sending photos, please include the name of the representative with whom you spoke and the order number.

•All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number.

If a Return Authorization Number is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping cost is not refundable, and returns must be shipped prepaid by you. There is a 10% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded. Please be sure to include your order # and reason for your return when submitting your request.

Refunds

Following a cancellation/return request and after you have obtained a Return Authorization Number as indicated above, subject to the Terms herein, Victor will refund you the price paid for the cancelled/returned order (or part of the order cancelled). Victor will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order or purchase. Victor reserves the right to withhold or make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the item returned where the item is missing parts or shows signs of use; for these purposes, use includes handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. Victor may withhold any refund until we have received the item, or you have supplied proof of return for the item.

Items that were purchased on sales or with the use of discount codes shall not be eligible for returns and refunds.

You also understand that there will be a 10% restocking fee for returned items that will be deducted from the refund due. The restocking fee will be calculated based on the price of the product.
