Shipping Policy

Order Processing

•Orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

•Most orders ship within 1 business day, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Solid gold items are made to order and require an additional 7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Upgrade Delivery Window

Shipping upgrade delivery windows begin once an order has been processed and shipped, not from the date the order is placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time and must be completed before the carrier's delivery window begins.

Package Protection with Redo

If your order includes Redo Package Protection , you are covered for:

Lost or missing packages

•Stolen packages

Items damaged during shipping (excluding manufacturing defects)

In the event of an approved Redo claim, King Ice will issue a full replacement at no cost. If Redo Package Protection is not added at checkout:

King Ice will only provide a return shipping label if the wrong item is sent.

Expedited Shipping (2-Day & Overnight)

Orders must be placed by 8:00 AM PST to ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.

Expedited shipments:

•Do not deliver on weekends

•Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

International Shipping

International Shipping Terms

•Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in your order total.

•They are determined by local customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

King Ice does not reimburse or control customs-related charges.

•U.S. customs regulations require that the full retail value of all items be declared, regardless of discounts or promotions.

•King Ice cannot alter declared values. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office before ordering.

International Return to Sender Shipments

If an international package is returned to us:

•The package will be held upon return to our facility. The customer will be notified by email and given the option to reship.

For reshipments:

The customer is responsible for 50% of the original shipping cost, and King Ice will cover the remaining 50%

This applies to all international return-to-sender situations.

King Ice does not cover reshipping costs for circumstances outside our control.

US return to sender orders are eligible for one reshipment on us.

Carrier Responsibility & Tracking

Once an order leaves our facility, King Ice cannot:

•Reroute

•Intercept

•Modify delivery details

Customers have access to the same tracking information we do.

Once a package reaches the destination country, all delivery or customs inquiries must be directed to the local carrier using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping Alerts

•USPS may temporarily suspend service to certain international destinations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing current availability on the USPS International Service Alerts page before placing an order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Shipping is considered a service provided once the package is handed to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Shipping fees will only be refunded if:

•A confirmed error was made by King Ice (e.g., incorrect item shipped), or

•The package is confirmed lost in transit, and responsibility is determined to be on our end after carrier review.

Shipping refunds do not apply to:

Carrier delays

•Address errors

•Customs refusals

Return-to-sender situations outside our control

Delivery Estimates & Terms

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

•Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.

•Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands may require additional time or fees.

Lost or Not Received Packages

•King Ice allows the carrier the full delivery timeframe to complete the shipment before taking action. After that timeframe has passed, we can assist with opening a carrier claim.

•If Redo Package Protection was purchased, claims will be handled according to Redo’s coverage terms.

If the claim is approved, we will proceed with a reshipment of the original items.

•Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date or 7 days for Solid Gold Chains.

•Returned products must be unworn, in sellable condition, and with all original packaging. Damaged, worn, or modified products (scratches, personalization, etc.) can not be returned.

Solid Gold Pendants, Grillz, Earrings, One-Hitters, Mystery Boxes, and Sale Items are final sale and can not be returned.

•If package protection is not added to the order, packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded.

•Shipping claims must be made within 30 days of the last tracking update. King Ice is not responsible for any missed deadlines regarding shipping claims.

Lifetime Warranty

All King Ice products (excluding watches) come with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. King Ice watches come with a one-year warranty.

Please note the lifetime warranty covers manufacturer's defects and does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing. Missing stones will be covered for one year after the purchase date. All claims are subject to inspection upon arrival and will not be rejected if no manufacturer defects are found. We are not able to issue warranty replacements for discontinued items that are no longer in stock.

To submit a lifetime warranty replacement claim, please visit this page , select "Warranty", and follow the instructions.

•Be sure to provide clear images that show all areas affected by the defect. Unclear or blurry images will be rejected.

•Please provide a clear description of the manufacturer's defect and any additional information to help us assist you.

An approved lifetime warranty provides a like-for-like replacement upon the return of the defective piece with no exceptions. Replacement items will be held for 14 days from the date the request is approved.

Tarnish Resistant Lifetime Guarantee

Products labeled tarnish-resistant are guaranteed to not tarnish with proper care. Should your piece tarnish we will offer a one-time replacement.

Please note that while these pieces come with tarnish-resistant coatings, they still require the same care as all jewelry does. Please visit our learning page for how to care for your jewelry. Pieces that have been exposed to harsh chemicals or not cared for properly will not be covered.

To submit a tarnish-resistant replacement request, please visit this page with images that clearly show the issues and all parts of the piece, along with as much information as possible so we may best assist you.
