Order Processing

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many destinations. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Forge Hardware Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

•Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged in any way or you notice any discrepancies with your order or package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can promptly assist you.

For lost packages marked as delivered, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will help initiate a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Forge Hardware Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

To avoid return costs, we recommend that clients wishing to place an order first order a sample (a single item) to ensure satisfaction with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color and texture of an item on a computer screen. If you were to change your mind about an item you have received you may return the item (in sealed original condition) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. You must contact us at hello@forgehardwarestudio.com to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days from the day the return is received by our office.

Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. If you received your item in a re-sealable package you do not have to worry about this issue. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable. The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns under $300. All returns over $300 will be charged a 25% restocking fee (separate orders returned by a single customer will be deemed a single "Return") In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled). Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of delivery.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Order cancellations are not guaranteed as an order might be in the middle of processing and unable to be cancelled. All cancellations are subject to a 2.9% fee which is charged by payment processors and not refundable when an order is cancelled.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@forgehardwarestudio.com with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
