5. How Your Order Ships

Most orders ship via standard postal carriers (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.) or trusted couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after your order ships.

For international orders outside the United States, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost. Mindful Brain Lab has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If you have questions about import fees, please check with your local customs office.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office before contacting us. If the package is genuinely lost, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item in line with our refund policy.Shipping carriers sometimes experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. Please allow extra time before reaching out.

8. Delivery Confirmation & Address Accuracy

When you place an order, please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Mindful Brain Lab is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or stuck in customs due to incomplete information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30 Days)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

This applies to all orders, including:

•One-time purchases

•Subscription orders

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

•Your order number

•A brief description of the issue

•Photos (if available)

Subscription Purchases & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and offered at a discounted rate. For this reason, subscription orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee.

However, we still stand by our products.

If a subscription order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund when contacted within 30 days of delivery.

Future subscription deliveries will continue unless paused or cancelled through your account dashboard.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

•The subscription will be paused

•No order will be shipped

•No charge will be processed

Orders will resume once payment details are updated.

International Orders

For international orders:

•Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

•Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
