At this time we only offer local threshold delivery. We do not ship out of state.

Threshold Delivery service includes the delivery of purchases to your home. We can place items on your porch, garage or right inside your home.

Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.

Delivery does NOT include removal of current items.

$250 within 20 miles of the store.

$300.00 for deliveries between 20 – 60 miles.

$400.00 for deliveries between 61 – 90 miles.

Please measure your space. Delivery fees are non refundable after the delivery is attempted.

Assembly is an additional fee of $50 per item and invoiced separately.

We do not ship out of state.

Additional Information:

**For in-stock items, expect deliveries around a week from purchase.

**For items which need to be ordered, expect order time to be approximately 6-12 weeks and delivery time within a week after arrival to our facility. (All estimated time frames are subject to change)

A pick-up fee of $200 will be charged if Cleveland Home Outlet has to pick up merchandise . Any delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

Floor Models" and "As-is" Items

“Floor Model” and “As Is” merchandise do not have any warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All “Floor Models” and “As Is” merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and a 10% restocking fee.

Cancellations

All cancelled orders which have shipped or can’t be cancelled with the vendors are subject to a restocking fee. If the order has shipped or can not be cancelled with the vendor RESTOCKING FEES WILL BE APPLIED. All cancelled home, furniture & mattress orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All cancelled or returned flooring orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee plus any shipping charges and must be in unopened boxes. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered. Custom cabinet orders cannot be returned.

Returns

Cleveland Home Outlet accepts furniture returns within 7 days of receipt of items with the exception of mattresses and bedding products, Red Tag or Scratch & Dent items which can not be returned. Flooring can only be accepted in un open boxes. Custom cabinet orders can not be returned. Custom orders which have shipped or can’t be cancelled with the vendor are subject to a restocking fee.

Cleveland Home Outlet reserves the right to refuse returns of items outside of the 7 day limit. We are unable to receive upholstered furniture and items which are not in their original condition. Any returns permitted outside of the 7 day window will result in a restocking fee.

Delivery
