Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There are just a couple of disclaimers:

•To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

•Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or snacks fall into this category.

•We require a receipt or proof of purchase. This shouldn't be too hard since you have an email as proof, plus our records as well.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. RefundsPlease allow us time to receive and inspect your return. We'll send you an email to notify you that your returned item was received. Then we'll notify you again of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeframe for refunds depends on our processor, which we're advised can be 3-5 days. This can happen sooner, but often this is the average.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@competitorsoutlet.com and we will direct your package shipment to the original warehouse.Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
