Shipping Information: Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 days (with free shipping on orders over $200). For orders under $200, there is a flat shipping fee of $15. We only offer shipping within the United States at this time; international shipping is not available. Most of our orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes items shipped via freight, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery time. Please ensure you provide the correct phone number at checkout. Refund policy At PrecisionPerformances, we want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience with us, so we've made our return and refund process clear and easy to understand: Timeframe for Returns:  You can return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Shipping Costs for Returns :   If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning an item just because you've changed your mind, you'll be responsible to handle the shipping costs yourself. Items that are Defective or Damaged:  If your item is not functioning properly or is damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return at no extra charge for you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, including the original shipping cost. Returns Due to Change of Mind:   If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Make sure the item is unused and still in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect the item , we’ll refund the cost of the item minus the processing  and shipping fees.
