We offer Flat Rate shipping for only $8.95 on all U.S. orders under $100. All shipments will take approximately 4-5 business days for processing time. WE DO NOT OFFER EXPEDIATED SHIPPING . Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. You must be signed up for email notifications in order to receive a tracking number. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Local pick ups are also processed within 3 to 5 business days and are not available for same day pick up.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

We have now made available the option to purchase Seel package protection at checkout for such instances. Should either event occur, you will contact Seel directly at returns@seel.com.

Package Insurance Includes:

Theft or Loss of your Parcel

•In the event of Theft of Loss of your Parcel, Seel will either reimburse you up to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance or we may choose to arrange for the shipment of a replacement Parcel.

Damage to your Parcel

•In the event of Damage to your Parcel during Transit, Seel will reimburse you for the repair costs up to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance. Your order confirmation will contain a link to Seel customer service with instructions on how to make a claim if necessary.

Return Shipping of Damaged Parcels

•In the event your Parcel is Damaged during Transit and you need to return the Damaged Parcel, Seel will reimburse you for return shipping costs (up to the value of the original shipping cost paid) that you pay to a courier in order to return the Damaged Parcel. Seel pays these return shipping costs in addition to the Covered Amount shown on your Certificate of Insurance.

CANCELLATIONS and/or PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed yet. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 3 to 4 business days to process through your financial institution. We are unable to make price adjustments or add coupon codes to orders after they are placed. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items.

When returning an item, please take note of the following as we remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.

If returns coverage was purchased return shipping will be covered otherwise customer will be responsible for return shipping. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible). We do not offer refunds. No exceptions. Store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit never expires. We are unable to hold items for exchange. Credit will not be given until the return is processed.

Returns must be post marked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back. You may purchase REDO coverage at checkout out for a discounted return label. REDO must be purchased on every order and cannot be combined for multiple orders. Please do not ship multiple returns together as they will be rejected.

PERCENTAGE OFF,CLEARANCE, HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.

Return restrictions can be placed on accounts that have exceeded the threshold for returns. If you have returned more than $1,000 of merchandise in the last 6 months or you have sent back over 40% of the value of your purchases made in the last 6 months, your account will be subject to a modified return policy. We will still accept back returns under the modified return policy but if you pass the threshold your returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you are missing an item or have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

RETURN PROCESS

•We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.

•Returns must be post marked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive your shipment.

•Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and return form included in package.

•We are unable to offer exchanges. Credit will be issued when the return item is received so you may purchase the correct item.

**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, makeup or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

•Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 days after we receive your returned item(s) from you. Credit cannot be issued prior to return items being received and processed. You will be notified via email that store credit has been issued.

•ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RESHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
