We offer free shipping for retail web orders over $100 in the continental USA, just select UPS Ground and the free shipping will automatically apply. Some items are excluded from this offer, e.g. products that are extremely heavy, in which case there will be a note in the description - for these items we'll contact you after you place your order or you can reach out to us beforehand for a shipping quote.
We normally ship orders under 2 lbs by USPS and over 2 lbs by UPS. If you would like any kind of rush shipping (3-day, 2-day, next-day etc.) that you don't see as an option at checkout just let us know and we'll calculate the extra cost for you.

Returns from Sustainable Village
Our mistake: If there's a problem with your order due to our error, you can return new or used items within 30 days for a full refund — we'll cover the return shipping cost.
Changed your mind: We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days. You'll be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged in shipping: If your item arrived damaged, please notify us and the shipping carrier. Send us a photo and we'll send you a replacement.
