We offer free shipping for retail web orders over $100 in the continental USA, just select UPS Ground and the free shipping will automatically apply. We normally ship orders under 2 lbs by USPS and over 2 lbs by UPS. If you would like any kind of rush shipping (3-day, 2-day, next-day etc.) that you don't see as an option at checkout just let us know and we'll calculate the extra cost for you.

Returns from Sustainable Village
Our mistake: If there's a problem with your order due to our error, you can return new or used items within 30 days for a full refund — we'll cover the return shipping cost.
Changed your mind: We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days. You'll be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged in shipping: If your item arrived damaged, please notify us and the shipping carrier. Send us a photo and we'll send you a replacement.
