Local Returns

We will be happy to replace it with a product of same value after verification or offer you a refund**. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that food items are not returnable or refundable unless damaged.

International Returns

Please notify us by email at online@bookazine.com.hk and return your item(s) by post within 60 days, shipping at your own expense. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
