Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (3-5 days during weekends and Holidays). Orders that are placed late Friday afternoon will typically not be shipped until the following Monday. We use USPS as our primary shipping provider. Most of our products qualify for 'Media Mail" in the United States however, not all of them do, and those that do not have different shipping methods. (See Chart Below).

** Make sure your orders, shipping selection, and delivery address are correct before placing your order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, Bookstore N More is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or lost. Although we do our best to ship all orders correctly, once they leave the U.S., we have no control over any additional cost that may occur. Please be aware that customs charges may apply, depending on the delivery address.

Before you place an International order, please make sure that there is no restriction currently in place for your country as they change frequently.

Please note, that between November 25th and December 31st, there will be delays in shipping. Shipments may take longer due to weather, staffing, and the sheer volume of mail being sent during these times. Please plan accordingly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

*Identified as a returnable Item (Indicated on the description page of the product)

*Same condition that you received it,

*Unworn or unused, with tags, and

*In its original packaging.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, such as special orders, limited editions, personalized items, etc. These are noted at the bottom of the detail section of the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any "sale items", including discounts, gift cards, or store-wide sales.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost or Stolen PackagesBookstore N More is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advice on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyer's responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items.
