Made-to-order production

Best Prints Co. products are made to order. Production normally takes 2–5 business days. Tracking information is normally provided within 7 days of order placement.

•United States: 5–10 business days

•European Union, including Ireland: 8–15 business days

•Other supported destinations: 10–15 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, address issues, and other events outside our control can extend delivery time.

Shipping cost and carriers

Standard shipping is free worldwide to destinations available at checkout. Orders may be transported by 4PX, Yanwen, or another international carrier and completed by a local last-mile delivery provider.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are prepaid for orders delivered to the United States and the European Union. For other destinations, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees may be assessed by local authorities or carriers and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes might not be possible after production or shipment begins.

Separate packages

Items from the same order may be produced or shipped separately. Separate tracking numbers may be provided, and packages may arrive on different days.

Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellation or order-change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Contact help@bestprintsco.com as soon as possible. A request is not guaranteed if production has already started.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the item, packaging, and the issue. After review, we will provide the appropriate resolution for the affected item, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return requests

Return requests for eligible cases must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Do not send an item back without approval and return instructions from Best Prints Co.

Because products are made to order, returns based only on a change of mind are generally not accepted. Approval depends on the reason for the request and the condition of the item.

Size exchange

One size exchange may be approved when requested within 14 days of delivery. The exchange is for the same product in a different available size. The item must be unworn and unused. The customer pays the cost of returning the original item, and Best Prints Co. covers standard outbound shipping for the approved replacement. Size exchanges require prior approval.

Return shipping and refunds

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not reimbursed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item or submitted evidence has been reviewed. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider or bank.

Packages not received

If tracking has not updated or an order has not arrived after the applicable estimated delivery window, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Carrier investigations and available remedies depend on the shipment status and delivery evidence.
